To log into WakeID, you will only have to follow a few easy steps. You can log into the portal as a student or employee. Let’s take a look at the different steps.

Logging in as a Staff

If you want to log into WakeID as a staff member, check out the steps.

  1. Go over to the WakeID logging page on your preferred web browser or just click on this link.
  2. Now, you have to choose the user type. So, in this case, you will have to choose ‘Staff’ to log in as a staff member.
  3. Next, you have to enter your WakeID.
  4. Click on the option ‘Continue to Log In’ to log into your staff profile.

Logging in as a Student

When you are a student, here are the steps you have to follow to log into your profile.

  1. Go over to the WakeID logging page on your preferred web browser.
  2. Now, you have to choose the user type. So, in this case, you will have to choose ‘Student’ to log in as a student.
  3. Next, you have to enter your WakeID.
  4. Click on the option ‘Continue to Log In’ to log into your student profile.
How to Claim your WakeID Account?

If you haven’t yet claimed your WakeID account, you can easily do it. Here are the steps you have to follow.

  1. Go over to the official login page of WakeID.
  2. On this page, you will find the option ‘Claim My Account’.
  3. You will have to answer a few questions on the account.
  4. Then click on ‘Next’ and follow the instructions given on the next screen to complete the process.
How to Change the Password to WakeID?

To reset the password to your account, you have to follow a few easy steps.

  1. Go over to the WakeID portal from your preferred web browser or click on this link http://wakeid.wcpss.net.
  2. Click on the option ‘Profiles’.
  3. Now, go over to the tab ‘My Staff’.
  4. Use the search field to find the staff member.
  5. When you are done, click on ‘Search’.
  6. Click on the edit icon given in the last column for the staff member.
  7. Click on the check box that says Reset Password to Employee Number.
  8. Click on save to save the password.
