- Go over to the MyGCI website.
- Now, you have to click on the option ‘Log in to MyGCI’.
- It will open a new page and you will find the option ‘Don’t have a Login – Sign Up’. Click on anyone.
- It opens a page where you have to enter your email address and click on ‘Continue’.
- Next, you will have to follow the instructions given on-screen to complete the registration process.
Now, you will be able to log into your account anytime you want. After creating an account, you can use your account to pay your bills and manage all the GCI services over the Internet. It lets you upgrade your chosen residential plans over the Internet. MyGCI has an easier-to-read user interface.

If you already have an account and want to log into the account, you can follow the steps given below.
- Go over to the official page of MyGCI from your preferred web browser.
- Click on the option ‘Log in to MyGCI’.
- It opens the login page where you will have to enter the username and password in the respective space.
- When you are done, click on ‘Log In’.
What to do if you Forget your Password?
In case you have forgotten the password to your account, you can recover it. The whole process only takes a few minutes. Here are the steps you have to follow to recover it.
- Go over to the official page of MyGCI on your web browser and click on the option ‘Log in to MyGCI’.
- It opens the login page, where you will have to click on the option ‘Forgot Password?’.
- On the next page, you will have to enter the username to your account and click on ‘Submit’.
- MyGCI will send an ink with instructions to the email address you have.
- Click on the link and set a new password to your account.
