Sign Up Process

MyBassett offers two sign-up options:

  • Regular Signup: Create a full account for comprehensive access.
  • Guest Signup: Limited access, ideal for bill payment or basic interactions.

To sign up, call 1-800-BASSETT or use MyBassett for non-urgent matters. For immediate needs, dial 911 or explore virtual care options in your MyChart menu.

Login Process – Step By Step Tutorial

This platform offers a familiar signup process where you can log in via your credentials and proceed toward healthcare on the go facility. Yet, for the beginners, we shall explicitly mention the processes in steps.

For Existing Users

  1. General Login
  • Go to the official MyBassett Health Connection website.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click “Log In” to access your account.

For New Users

  1. Activation Code
  • Find your activation code on your enrollment letter or After Visit Summary.
  • Enter the code in three parts: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (not case-sensitive).
  • Provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
  • Enter your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy).
  1. No Activation Code?
  • Click “No Activation Code?”
  • Follow the prompts to verify your identity.
  • Enter the required information, including name, date of birth, and contact information.
  • Create a username and password.
  • Complete the registration process.

Note: Ensure all provided details are accurate and match the information on your records for successful account setup.

Login with Social Media or Email

MyBassett currently does not offer the option to log in with social media accounts like Facebook or Instagram. Also, there is no email login via platforms such as Gmail or Outlook. Login is solely through the provided MyBassett Health Connection credentials. While MyBassett doesn’t currently offer social media or email login options, this ensures the highest level of security and privacy for your healthcare information.

Password Recovery Instructions

Forgetting your MyBassett password happens to the best of us. No worries, here’s how to reset it:

  1. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page.
